Hilltop children's Ministry Programs
Sunday Morning Programs
Infants ages birth through 3 years are welcome in the Nursery.
The Nursery is available Sunday mornings from 9:30 am - 11:45 am. We ask that you pickup your children immediately after worship so that the children can enjoy fellowship time with their church family. The Nursery is located at the West end of the North hall by the restrooms.
We strive to provide a safe, nurturing environment for our littlest members. Our Nursery staff are experienced child care providers and have passed a background check. Our lead child care provider is certified in CPR, First-Aid. The nursery has age appropriate toys and books for the little ones.

Sunday School
Children 4 years old through 6th grade are invited to join Sunday School from 9:30am to 10:15am, upstairs in Room 306. Sunday School classes offer children a nurturing and fun environment where they will learn and grow in their faith through Bible stories, crafts, songs, games, and prayer.
Children under age 4 are welcome to attend Sunday School WITH a parent or guardian.
All children are welcome to come up to the front of the Sanctuary for the Children’s Message during the 10:30am worship service. The Children’s Message is an opportunity for the children to be a part of the worship service and receive the “Big Idea” of the morning in a way that they can understand.
Wiggly Worshipers
Do you have a wiggly worshiper who likes to stay with you during worship service? Grab a Wiggly Worshiper bag (found at the Welcome Center when you enter the church). These super fun bags are filled with awesome activities to keep your little one busy and engaged during worship service. Ask our greeters for more information.
Older children (2nd - 5th grade) are invited to serve as an Acolyte by lighting and extinguishing the candles on the altar. Children learn responsibility and respect as they carry the Light of Christ.
Parents of Young Children Sunday School
Join us for spiritual growth and fellowship with a discussion-based adult Sunday School! We meet every Sunday, 9:30-10:15, upstairs in the North Room. All parents are welcome to join! Contact Kayla Waghorn at kaylacknight@gmail.com.
UPCOMING SPECIAL EVENTS
We hold special events, meet-ups, and family fellowship opportunities throughout the year. Children actively participate in family and child-based activities, as well as congregation-wide activities.

Family Fellowship
Hilltop UMC has a vibrant and quickly growing group of young families. We meet up monthly for social events and fun activities. Children's Music
Hilltop provides many opportunities for children to share God's love, spread His joy, and grow spiritually through the power of music! From exploring music and discovering new talents, to honing skills and performing, children have the opportunity to grow in their faith, act as leaders in the church, and share God's love!
We offer a weekly Children's Music Program from September through May, and a Music and Arts VBS Camp in the summer! Click HERE for details!
Mother's Morning Out
